I have to pull those articles from the archives. But, again -- Obama won the Black vote cause he had Michelle (ADOS) on his arm. That made him Black American to US.

It wasn't even a given in 2008 that Barack would beat Hillary. HRC had strong black support especially in a place like South Carolina. A lot of the CBC supported her. Obama won the SC Primary by a large margin and having Michelle as a wife was a big part of that.

Once Barack won the Iowa caucus and then the South Carolina primary his black support became stronger but don't act like they weren't blacks going hard for Hillary before Obama gained momentum.
