Just strong banks that can manipulate currency, print money, set interest rates, lend money.

Yea I work in the Financial industry and see spots like Africa, the Middle East, Brazil, and a few other spots are hard to break into when it comes to the traditional banking concept so a lot of banks are trying to push the prepaid bank account concept.
Mobile money is huge over there but they definitely need traditional banking

I love how I saw that article the second after the person said Carver was Black owned. Talk about bad luck.
