Wish I could give you some exact tips but I can say that you will definitely have to give the drugs time to work.Just been described buspar and prozac for my anxiety and depression. Deciding to get better for my spring semester of university. Anyone have good experiences with either?
I suggest keeping a journal so you can write down how you feel through out the day.
Then you'll have a better grasp on what changed and what hasn't, so you can then talk to your doc and go from there.
I also suggest a therapist so you can speak with someone who can pay attention to your changes as well.
It's definitely a journey.
