Holy shyt this is actually skin-crawling. Nice and subtle creep factor for majority of the first episode and then boom. Show is beautiful too, the cinematography is on point.

This is really is and not a good horror way (if that makes any sense), it just makes me uncomfortable as fukk with no pay off. Yuck.

This “movie” was nothing but a self hating KKK tik tok culture propaganda piece put onscreen by self hating white masses catering, warning guide to get into the psyche of black people. Yeeeeaaahhh, im on episode 9 and i dont like this show very much. It feels like torture porn for white people more than horror to me. I mean what is it showing us that we haven't already seen as black people? That we cant catch a break? That white people do us wrong and face no consequences? This is a mess. Please tell me that Godfather of Harlem blessed us with an earlier release date with the new season 2 starting this Sunday instead of next for those of us with the EPIX app. Need to purge this demon devil conjuring race torture disguised as a horror made for tv from My mind.

Y’all can call me conspiracy or whatever but I’m just going to say it- this movie is giving off ritualistic possession type vibes. Real bad energy. Don’t ask me why or how but I’m leaving it at that.
