Just wanted to add that Lost Boys were lethal that one year at least in NYC and should probably make the top 50. Better year than LOX 2000 I think.

Salt and Pepa 87 might be too high considering that their peak in popularity was later 90s when they released all that commercial trash.

But all in all :salute:

Also Black Sheep's run was short but :ohlawd: Choice of Yours can still really turn up a party of :old:s. Dres got mad love from other MCS. They and Pete Rock and CL definitely have a case for at least 41-50.

lost boyz just missed the list. they were in the next 10.

nah. LOX 2000 is in there just off the streets alone.

salt n pepa was more commercial in '93 but for the better overall year, I had to run wit '87.

haha @ commercial trash.

yea those groups were in the next 10 as well.

the thing I hate about these lists is that theres always some glaring snubs.
