Just finished HOB's -- now starting Thursday and this shyt is sounding immense . The sound difference from mixtape quality, to album quality for a track like say "Lonely Star" is huge. I remember back on SOHH, how I complained about the beat drowning him out on this song, now it's perfect; hell, you can even piece together what the broad is saying towards the end of that track and she's damn near speaking in tongues. Loving it brehs...

Yup. You can tell Thursday was a rushed project because the public really demanded a Weeknd mixtape to follow HOB. I knew when they announced the remastering Thursday would benefit the most from it and it did.

THOSE DRUMS ON BIRDS PART 1!!!!!! 808s are KNOCKING! Most differences I've heard have been drum revamps.

Man I want that Birds interlude that I saw him perform in concert. I just blindly assumed that would be on here .

I could only imagine if this was my first time hearing this. Threw on the studio Beats by Dre for this.

This won't go over well in mainstream but got damn if he does not speak for the lost males of this current generation.

If y'all can't hear the differences.....

I couldn't hear much differences on Disc 1 other than a little bass boost but on Disc 2 it was VERY noticeable. It sounds a million times cleaner. Drums are KNOCKIN! The effects and mixing is top notch. I'm about to charge my batteries up while I watch South Park and then bump Disc 3. This shyt is a journey. Abel is this generation's MJ and Prince rolled up into one.
