No, the email tells you the date you have to pick it up by. My Xbox Series X said it's available today. Gonna go pick it up and give it to a co-worker for $530. It ain't all bad cause I do get the $20 in rewards points and pay nothing for the console.

...ppl are concerned that the orders may not be fulfilled since the link is still up...doesn’t hurt to try tho...they’re not gonna charge your card til the order is processed...these are preorders for january shipment...it’s possible that GS might be getting a whole bunch of them from MS next month...who knows
