England need a proper ball playing centre midfielder. Henderson can not play forward under pressure and when there is no pressure the balls over the top are always off. A young Michael Carrick would of been amazing to have in the 2nd half when England were visibly rattled, to calm everything down then eventually play forward better.

Southgate is a great man-manager but a bit naive tactically.

Kane is not that guy. Imagine his Golden boot highlight reel? Lord.

With maturity, I believe the English backline will be very good.

The British media completely dismissed the Croats - The optimism then theres the British way LMAO, discussing the final, wow. Modric spoke out and SHAT all over them after the game - This is a set of seasoned, cultured and mentally strong players.

England overachieved and didn't really play any great football, however they can build on this. Take the confidence gained forward and establish themselves as a competitive team in world football but a lot of work still needs doing.

Now for the fukkery...

:mjlit:

Motherfukk all these imbeciles screaming "It's Coming Home" in my area, on my travels and at work LOOOL. Yo the arrogance and complete lack of footballing knowledge was excruciating.

World in Motion as a song >>> Footballs Coming Home.

Way more humble.

:sadcam:

When are Ghanaians gonna produce? We don't even have a football association.

LOOKING FORWARD TO THE FINAL!

Great post. He should have taken shelvey instead of Delph

:russ: Croatia talking that shyt. Too early tho or it could bite them in the ass just like England.

Can you French brehs post a translation of what the French media are saying? I know they running their mouths too.

Unrelated but I did see this

Coupe du monde: « La France d'aujourd'hui est avec plein de couleurs, elle est belle comme ça », estime Paul Pogba

"France is full of colours, full of cultures as in 1998. France is beautiful like that, that's how we like it and we will always love it. We are all very happy to wear this jersey. Proud to have grown up in France and to be French."

Paulie Pogba left Coli brehs :gucci: and killing off their claim this is an African World Cup win

The Sun will never write a piece about how Kane was supposed to pass the ball to Sterling. In fact, they'll probably write this following headline:
KANE WAS RIGHT NOT TO PASS TO THAT JAMAICAN, STERLING

If Raheem had the ball and opted to shoot instead of pass to Kane, they'd probably kidnap Sterling's mom or some shyt. IMO that is the moment that turned the game. First half England had everything and Croatia looked tired. Halftime game and Croatia regrouped and dominated. A 2 goal lead would have really helped England. All Kane's fault.

Selfishness is OK sometimes, if you are skillful enough to produce from your selfishness, ala Rivaldo, CR7, Neymar. But if you are selfish and not very dynamic, like Kane is, you just look like a piece of shyt who plays for stats instead of wins.
