Oh, and that is game. I didn't want to see it end like that though. Soccer is a strange sport to whereas things turn quick on the dime. Overall, England had complete control of the match as Japan wasn't really able to attack with good set pieces while England was attacking hard and getting many shots on goal. I think that they gave the blueprint to the U.S. on how to defeat this Japanese team as they only have their technicality and speed to rely on. U.S. matches up pretty well to both of those aspects. If the U.S. comes out and attacks with intensity early and use their quickness with the press, then the U.S. will win the World Cup without question. Their defense is like Fort Knox, lol.

Yeah man! I'm looking forward to it for sure. This U.S. team compared to the 2011 team is more confident, is firing on all cylinders and their defense is simply phenomenal! I just don't see how they could lose this game unless they have a complete meltdown on defense. Again, the only thing I was worried about is how will they adjust their offensive game and they've done an excellent job of making the adjustments that had to be made.

Wow...it hurts to even look at the replay, lol!
Kind of reminded me of what happened yesterday in that Germany vs U.S. game where Johnston pulled down that Germany player inside the box. You could see the emotion pouring out of her as she knew she made a grave error. This one however will burn that soul for the next 4 years. England has nothing be ashamed of though as they had an excellent run in this World Cup. I believe if that it were to go in to extra time, England would've scored a goal and won the match.
