early on france was dominating, which made it funny Col was able to score. France pretty much dominated the entire first half. Col actually came out pretty strong in the second and it did look like france was tiring out a bit like the announcers mentioned but i still give major credit to Col even though the announcers were bytching about a (valid) hand ball which would have been a penalty kick around 66'. even after the game they was still bytching like france didnt have a shyt ton of chances throughout
bottom line, france had their chances but either kept fukking up or got stonewalled by great goalie play and Col capitalized when it mattered

wow none of the favorites are really looking strong and there's been a few shock performances. I still think Germany Women will most likely win it though

Wow! Can't believe that Colombia beat France, which is the number 3 team in the world. Definitely the upset of the tournament so far. I know that other teams have taken notice of this defeat and now see the blueprint to beat this France team. Wow....to think that a team that has never won a World Cup game was able to shut out one of the best teams in the world. Great effort by the Colombia team!

From what I've seen from the highlights (hate that I missed this game) the France team was a bit too relaxed while Colombia was in full attack mode. I just think that Colombia played the game real aggressive with nothing to lose while France was convinced that they had the better team but didn't execute all too well. What is even more staggering is that Colombia attempted 3 shots while France attempted 21. Now Colombia is on top of the group. What a scary site there.

France did have way more shots on goal, which makes it a bit shocking that they were unable to score a least one goal. Although France may be the better team on paper, Colombia came with that swagger and belief that they could beat this team which showed on the field today. I think if if Colombia were to keep up this level, they could do some damage in the knockout stage.

Pretty good game between Costa Rica and South Korea. Costa Rica is getting more scoring opportunities this second half. They're just a bit impatient with setting up good shots on goal.
