Yeah I wanna wait till beat the main story.
Should I skip these Novigrad side quests and then do em later? And just complete Skellige?

If you're in a rush to start the DLC might as well skip everything except the main quests and then come back to it later after you beat the game.

So can i get a breakdown of whats new? Just started this

90 new quests, 20 new monsters, 40 points of interest, 30 new weapons and 100 pieces of armor.

New Grandmaster versions of the regular Witcher school (Bear, Cat, Griffon, etc.) armor and weapons.

New mutations.

You get a house you can upgrade. Not many upgrades to it but still kinda cool.

New region about the size of Velen.

Right now I have 71 undiscovered locations in the new region.

What quests, and is it the base game or the DLC?

But yeah....it's the level difference. Don't trip though you get a bunch of EXP from quests. Same thing happened to me.

Yeah, it's the level difference. Try to do quests around the same level they are.

I'm level 42 almost 43 now and I did the same thing so don't worry. There is ample EXP in the game.

I need to figure out a way to make some money and I don't want to do the bee hive glitch. But god damn man, everything is so expensive. Once I finish the Grandmaster quests I guess I'll see which one is the best for me and craft a single set.

I was thinking about doing most/all of the quests but 70 is really no-lifeing it.

On the other hand, nothing to play until Deus Ex.
