In American society purely from a legal standpoint you need to get married to afford yourself the legal rights needed to raise a family.
The only “disadvantage” marriage brings is it hinders your ability to walk away from your family no strings attached.
A marriage to a kid does mean something of their father can’t make medical/education/etc decisions for them.

First off. Legal marriage or not. If your agreement with your woman is that you bring in the money and she raises the kids. In the event of a separation she can still come for assets based on the agreement you guys set. You don’t need an actual marriage to get hit with alimony. Child support is granted regardless of marital status as well.or your woman

I wanna add ....men in relation to getting women are doing a bunch of stuff that we DONT want do. That's why our existence with women is a complete lie .
