Update:

Started and am like 1/3 of the way through '999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors' on my 3DS. For some reason I thought it was a story driven JRPG - I wasn't aware it was a visual novel, a genre I've never played before. Its alright, pretty interesting but some of the dialogue is terri-bad. Not sure I'll continue with the series after a finish this one. :patrice:

Also I'm like 1/3 of the way through 'Tales From The Borderlands' on Steam, it has even fewer gameplay elements than The Wolf Among Us, which is probably a strength as Telltale's gameplay stuff is pretty weak anyway. Basically I feel like I should be watching this on Netflix. Its all good though as the dialogue/presentation are both strong.
I won't say don't play the Zero Escape games because fatboi seems really into em, but they weren't worth it for me in the end. I enjoyed the twists but man there was a lot of boring dialogue and repetition, game's in sore need of an editor. A lot of cool moments but it definitely tested my patience.

edit: I would say at least finish 999 though.

Im knee deep in Tales From The Borderlands as well. Definitely finishing that series, its really good.

Finished Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare campaign.

I actually enjoyed the campaign, first one I've enjoyed since MW2,I had skipped Ghosts altogether. It is pretty much still the same typical cod campaign but it had a nice layer of polish and some thought was actually put into the pacing. It was only like 6-7 hours long and the story itself was cheesey and filled to the brim with cliches. You could see every stpry beat coming from a mile away. But the gunplay was satisfying and I enjoyed the exo suit.

I'll definitely finish '999' - its pretty short and I finish like 90% of what I start. Might wait a while to play the next one though - these seem like the kind of games you play every once in a while. :yeshrug: The actual gameplay/investigation stuff is pretty well done.

I hope there is a purpose to this whole 'communication through sub-conscious' shyt and all the supernatural stuff. :stopitslime: shyt has taken up enough of my time already.

Pretty much solely Xenoblade Chronicles X right now. One of few periods that I've been gaming harder/exclusively on the wii u over the PS4. I'm 30 hours in and on chapter 5 now.

Finished another one :lolbron:

I decided to try the 7 day free trial for PS Now to see what was good.

I gotta say, I'm fairly impressed. I had no real interest but Sony got something here if they let it grow :ohhh:

The layout is nice and easy, heavily netflix influenced. I can totally see what theyre going for, netflix for gaming. I had a loom through and found about 40-50 titles I'd like to play through that I havent and don't own.

So I'm going to go ahead and get the 12 month subscription for $99.

Player movement feels exactly as it should, feels like I am playing a ps3 live I was shocked. :wow:

I played through Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty which was a stand alone title about 5 hours long. Never experienced any slow down or anything.

I will say this though, the visual quality isnt quite there. Its damn good, but its not quite exact.

Anyway, the game was fun. Had some cool puzzles, and a cpuple nice worlds. Nothing amazing, just typical ratchet and clank.

Oh, so they have a full year subscription that allows you to play any game? I thought the game rentals were on a case-by-case basis? 99 for a year, for that, if true, ain't bad at all. Wonder if it's at al possible to dl-your game saves from the cloud at least onto your ps4 to play those games tho. Probably not I bet.

Yeah they just rolled out a subscription for $99 for a year.

Which, for less than $10 a month is well worth it,to me anyway.

To be honest Im not sure how the save system works. When you hop on it takes you into the game but if you hit the ps button it takes you into the old ps3 xmb hub and you can see your trophies and friends list. Not sure how the save file works Ill take a look and see if its completely on the cloud or saving locally on my system.

Ah yes, from the sounds of things, you can up and download the game saves either which way to/from the cloud, so that's a plus. I may check this service out now. Like you saying, 99 a year doesn't sound half bad at all if it's for the entire library available on there. Sheeeeiiiit!

7 day free trial, check it out dont like then dont get it.:ehh:

It wont be for everyone but personally I have my ps3 away in a box somewhere and their was a lot of games I just never got around to so :yeshrug: May even just try a bunch of games I normally never would have touched just because.

As long as they keep adding games and keep things fresh it could be a nice additional service.

If they add ps1/2 games that would be :banderas:
