Just tried these 2 on my new One S. Overcooked is great but I think you almost need 3-4 players cause it seems hard as fukk doing all the tasks with just 1 or 2. Maybe I just need more time with it. I was really just giving a quick try. It is fun though. For sure taking it to my oldest brothers house so we can do 4 players on his console.
Played the first 2 levels in Rayman Legends with my brother and I love it already. The graphics are incredible, flawless controls and game speed. Lots of secrets. This shyt reminds me of Super Mario World but with co-op  This is one of those games I'm probably gonna try to 100%

EDIT - Also, tried out Blazblue. Love the graphics and I like the control style with just 4 attack buttons

Overcooked is a must to play co-op. Playing alone is not the same

Another PS Plus title, this time a Vita selection.

I have no prior experience with visual novels on the vita even though they seem to have some type of audience.

So I thought Id dip my toes in and try one out.

Apparently this one belongs to some genre called otome where you play as a girl and pick out a male romantic partner.

Needless to say I made sure I was wearing headphones and quickly switched the screen when somebody walked by me

The game is still voiced in Japanese so you have to read sub titles.

As for the story you wake up with no memories and have to talk internally to some kind of weird imp looking mythical creature.

You then go about trying to figure out who you are while dating some guy.:dame:

I can see why they can pump out a lot if these and not have to sell much to break even.

Personally. This just wasn't for me. I don't get it.

The story was never really interesting with 0 pay off.

shyt is basically a dating simulator with an amnesia hook.

It was a struggle for me to finish this. Probably the worst thing I've played this year. Even your choices seemed minor and you never really got a sense you had any control.

2/10
That looks terrible. If you want a GOOD visual novel, get Zero Escape Virtues Last Reward for the Vita. You should play the first game though(999 9 doors 9 hours 9 persons).

EXCELLENT visual novel that is just :mindblown: The atmosphere of the first game is :merchant:

I played 2 player. Still didn't do great cause we kept forgetting to wash dishes.
The game is very intense.

Can have you on not speaking terms with your best friend or family :russ:

You just gotta find a nice rhythm.

But yeah the game is deceptive because you think it's going to be laid back or easy and then shyt starts going and you're :gucci: then :pacspit: because the kitchen catches fire or theirs no plates

Just wait until the stages start getting real crazy :pachaha:

Been playing Shantae: Half Genie Hero (PS4) for a few days after it arrived in the mail. Just beat it. If you like side-scrolling games and/or the Wonder Boy series, I suggest picking this up. Very fun with some good humor and lots of charm to it.

I finished Root Double. Overall I was pleased. There were 4 routes. It took me 40 hours to complete which was long as hell. The routes are After which plays more like 999. Before which is very slice of life. Current which is very short and combines aspects of Before and After and lastly Double which presents the full story and takes place after the other three.

Beat Walking Dead Season 2 and I thought it was solid. It has some of the same problems the first season has. If someone can die they're going to die and all you can really do is delay when it happens. The game has several character deaths too. It's pretty morbid how many there are in it. There are multiple endings but I've already heard enough about Season 3 to know that it really doesn't matter what ending you get that season's story funnels them all into a similar starting position for the main character.

Almost done with G Senjou no Maou. It's a pretty decent visual novel. I think I liked Root Double better though. If you like the first season of Death Note with L and Light battling in a game of cat and mouse there's that kinda appeal here.

Playing through Doom right now.
I've always been terrible at shooters and I haven't played one in years but I'm actually doing fine with the shooting aspect. I keep killing myself with the platforming/exploring though :mjlol:

Just beat Lego Avengers. I love the Lego games. This one was good but was following the movies, so they couldn't input as much humor as most Lego games usually have.

Started playing Far Cry: Primal right afterwards. Seems like it'll be pretty fun. BEAUTIFUL game.

Currently alternating between tomb raider and uncharted 4. Also alternating between walking dead and batman telltale game. Seem to be stuck in tomb raider. Can't solve this damn puzzle. :francis:

Bought Ryse off @Kamikaze Revy recommendation and I love it. Cool story, great graphics, solid gameplay. The combat is good, but repetitive for sure.

Story was way too short though. I ran through that shyt fast as fukk. Been playing the multiplayer since I beat the campaign just because the short ass story wasn't enough for me. I want more. :feedme:

Glad I bought it, really hope they make another one.
