55 hrs into Persona 5
Yeah, Arkham Knight is worth the 10. Just know the batmobile is a large part of the game and there have been mixed feelings about it, to say the least. i personally felt it was okay, although sometimes it felt that it had overstayed its welcome.
Still thought it was a great game tho.
Reading this thread got me feeling
Had a baby in April, can barely get uninterrupted time in to play, but when I do I play X-Com 2 (Commander difficulty) cuz i can play in spurts and remote play on my tablet.
Want to eventually get back to my backlog: Madden, Galak-Z, and some others i've sat on.
Hoping to score some quality games for cheap in anticipation of a Connecticut winter.
Wasn't me. never played mad max. Thanks breh
I know u said Mad Max is ass, ia it worth 10 for black Friday tho, or don't bother?
I'm still on Arkham Origins not too fond of Batman games at the moment shyt taking forever
Mafia 3 any good?

I enjoyed this post a lot. This is the type of stuff I wish the Arcadium had more of. Thanks for sharing.#36
Back to back
Like titanfall 2 was the best fps I've played, watch dogs 2 is the best open world game I've played this Gen.
I loved this game. And if you know my feelings on open world you know that's high praise
Here's the thing.
Ubisoft games where just carbon copy open world in different franchises.
Not only did ubi take all of the criticism of the first game to heart, they took the opportunity to switch things up in their formula.
The characters in this are light hearted and fun. Marcus is likeable. And hidden beneath those light hearted moments is some genuine writing that a comes from a personal place.
The crew reminded me of a mix of Mr. robot and hackers.
The game is tongue in cheek and silly and it knows that but that doesn't mean it can't deliver a few poignant moments.
The game play was a fukking joy. However it takes a few hours to reach there because a lot of the best abilities have to be unlocked.
But when you do
Calling in gang hits and having people arrested by hacking never stopped being fun.
Calling in cops and gangs and setting boobie traps while watch the chaos from your drone and then shooting your stun launcher into crowds was pure bliss.
Thrown away is the collectatons and fetch quests. In fact the only collectibles present are money or research points which allow you to unlock more abilities. Though you don't need to seek either to have money or abilities.
All your missions are brought up through your phone and you can fast travel anywhere.
Usually ubisoft games follow the same cycle for me. I have fun for 5-10 hours then sour horribly because it becomes tedious. that never happened to me.
I put 30 hours in and I'm going to go back to do online.
On the negatives I found that using guns was misplaced. It flew directly in the face of the character and the narrative.
There was 2 side missions that over stayed their welcome and had you repeat the same tasks like 20 times.
The driving isn't great. it just doesn't feel good. Further more neither does shooting. It's just amateurish. on top of that the parkour doesn't feel fluid. You don't feel in control. Parkour is hidden behind canned animations and it's awkward seeing him do a backwards flip off a ledge that's 2 feet off the ground instead of dropping.
All in all I highly recommend this game. It's just pure fun.
It's not without some faults, not many games are but this is the type of game that reminds me there is so much untapped potential in open world.
