It's nothing wrong with saying this is the weakest of his 5 projects. Most of the people hating on this album are teenagers who were living vicariously through his old music

That Pitchfork interview is great. It let's you know that he's fully aware of everything that's been the topic of discussion with him. From the MJ & Prince comparison, to people complaining that they want the 'old sound' back.... Everything is covered - he even called himself a villain which is something that I alluded to in this thread....
This bottom bit tho, I'm going to need the input from ALL of the longtime, XO fam on here (*looks especially at you @Prodigal Syndicate *)
Brehs..... If the bolded is the next chapter in this shyt, I would officially be able to die a happy man :mjweekndcry:.......
That'd be interesting, but unless he does it as a free mixtape the label would never drop that, especially not after this albums success.
But still,it would be an ambitious and interesting project.
He owes us a mixtape of some sorts anyway . I didn't forget years back when he retweeted DJ Drama saying that they were going to do a Gangsta Grillz tape together . I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that he would do a double album reflecting 'both' sides of his music either (his 'new' and 'old' sound).
Creatively, he has an infinite of possibilities where he can take this next.

Is it me or did Weeknd steal Fetty Wap's flow on Angel?
