Wtf is wrong with this guy?, in what world is biting and sharking a up and comer on this level acceptable?
He didn't steal anything from him. Everyone knows that was a remix to the ChaCha song. Everyone except for you, I guess.
1) According to The Drake Stan Coalition this aint a remix and they dont sound similar at all
2) A remix without the original artist on it huh? How interesting

Drake had it on his soundcloud as chacha remix and so do other sites. He didn't steal this song.

Remixed songs can have different beats. ex. nonono part 1 & 2 by Destiny's child.
People always play drake songs because it's drake, then it ends up on billboard. Dram didn't get on Drake's song which is why he isn't on the billboard with him.

Why would DRAM be in the credits if he didn't write, rap on, or produce the song?
They both used the same sample which is ok to do. That's what happens when you use samples instead of making your own original beat. You don't get credit if someone uses the same sample that you used.

I don't want to. I did read the first 5 posts though. That's what happens when someone uses a sample instead of making their own beat. That DRAM guy doesn't need to be on the credits since drake didn't use the guys lyrics, the guy didn't rap on the song, and he didn't make the beat. The only thing that boths songs have in common is the sample.

This one is sad. Did that guy make that whole song by his self, with no samples?
I'm pretty sure Drake tried to put him on the song, but when drake does remixes like that, he likes to get the rights to the song (according to the verified tea). The guy probably didn't want to give drake the rights to his song, so drake moved along without him. He didn't need the guy on the song because Drake only used the same sample in his song, which the guy didn't not make.
