Is the super-fan still alive? White dude with glasses that used to sit behind visitor's bench and heckle them the whole game.
Robin Ficker is very much still alive. He ran for Governor of Maryland last year :mjlol:

BTW, @CHICAGO @Houston911 can you update the thread title to The Washington Bullets/Wizards haven't won 50 games since 1978-79.

Man,
Let that dream go. This is a horrible franchise that does nothing well And earns no luck.
I actively am rooting against them man. Them missing the Play-In tournament will be glorious. I know they'll still be in total denial and prepared to go forth with the 1980-2020 game plan for another half decade (desperately try to land the 8 seed and then get immediately swept every year).

Until Trae Young, I would say Washington was a slightly more supportive verison of Hawks fans. They just don't care but they care just enough to buy tickets and go to the games.
And that's why Ted is so comfortable sitting courtside to watch a Play-In team that has no starting PG, no starting SF, and no route to getting them because he employs Tommy Sheppard.

I dont know nothing bout this team, bout they coach, bout they record or any player on this muafukka all I know is they play professional basketball down the street and they should do anything possible to get the number one pick and draft Brandon Miller.
If not they'll continue to be 100 percent irrelevant in all facets of life

Franchise’s only hope is a jump in the lottery. Wemby, Scoot or the better of the Thompson twins would be great.

At the 10th pick I’m leaning between Cason Wallace and Anthony Black. I might pick Black cause he can play 1-3.

The pathway to change that was trading Bradley Beal for a Gobert level haul ..and in the aftermath that pg trade that WAS on the table…instead they sit on Beal and STILL aren’t good. Insane
