What the fukk are you even talking about?

How is that Giannis/A.I. comparison even remotely relevant?

All Buddy's asked to do his shoot more and play more minutes. It's not a deviation from what he was already doing, just doing more of it. They can't maximize his "good habits" because they don't have the shooters. It was made worse by the fact they have one less shooter with Schroder's departure, and replacing him with someone that can't shoot.

The Warriors' shooters:

Steph
Hield.

And that's it.

Spacing is imperative, especially when players like Dray and Jimmy need that to be effective at what they do. Steph needs someone else who can take attention away from him above the arc. It's just an unfortunate set of circumstances where they've ended up needing someone like Hield to be an integral piece, because they never signed him with the intention of being so (not to this degree, anyway).

He just had a poor shooting performance last game.

The four games prior to that he was averaging 15 points on 56 eFG%. If they can get that sort of production and efficiency out of him, you take the bad games he has thrown in amongst those kind of stretches. Four good scoring games, followed by one bad game, is better than the reverse.
Still believing in Buddy like he Santa lol

They’d be better off starting Moody in Buddy spot. It’s not just the shooting but everything else. The frustration Steph & Dray were showing him wasn’t make believe.

It's not that I'm believing in him, it's that I acknowledge the alternative isn't any better.

Moody is averaging 28 minutes this month.

It's not like he isn't a big part of the rotation as it now is. And he's been shooting 27% from behind the arc recently, whilst not providing any spacing. Neither player is like for like, especially not with this current roster. Moody is better utilized as a 3, because he can't defend guards, and you need shooting around him. He has one of the slowest set shots on the team, so forcing him into a role where he's being the spacing isn't going to work.

They can't replicate one another's respective roles.

Steph and Dray have been getting frustrated with everyone on the team this season. It's because the roster largely ain't shyt.

And although Buddy does take a lot of seems to be bad shots on the surface, if you look a little deeper, a lot of the time there’s breakdowns on offense because players can’t get open or are too p*ssy to shoot.

Buddy has that same type of aggressive, no holds barred mentality that Klay did when it comes to shooting, which is essential to keeping the flow of the offense. It just looks more jarring because you see the miss. The player who can’t get open or who refuses to shoot you don’t see in the same negative light, when it’s just as bad, if not worse.

Buddy doesn't know who he is

One game he shoots. One game he slashes

He should be avg 17-21

They been playing Podz with Buddy while Moody was odd man out. Kerr finally stopped tryna force it.

This really the Heild you wanna die on Buddy? :lolbron:
Different opposition require different lineups; Podz is typically the PG when Hieid is on the floor when they’re running a traditional lineup. Moody isn’t effective at the 2.

It doesn’t take away from the fact that Hield provides the spacing that they need, which speaks more to the state of their roster than anything else.

Hield shouldn’t be in this position in the first place.

Now take your lame ass out of my alerts box.
