People that jumped ship on the show forgood reason will never be back. Others just wait for netflix. Although its the best the show has been in years, its just not a water cooler show anymore.
I stopped off a year or two ago around after rick got off. It had a good run

Same. Rick was the Captain America of this shyt and after he got killed they tried a heavier slant towards featuring the women in charge running thangs, more storylines, Rick's daughter being tough as shyt....felt like a type of female empowerment vibe. Once they kill off either Michonne, Carol or Darryl it'll be nail in the coffin and set it on fire time.

Bro your criticism lately just looks like hate, I came around on Power being trash and rocking with u on that, bit y'all are really sleeping if y'all look at the ratings drop as an indication of how good the show is, cause TWD has never been written as well and as naturally entertaining as it has been since the start of season 8.

This is the best run of episodes this show has ever had and the writing has been excellent. Angela Kang will get future reccomendation for saving this sinking ship.

The ratings might not recover, but if the quality remains where it is now, we are in for some great shyt ahead. Go watch episode 10 and tell me that shyt wasn't excellent bruh. I guarantee you leave the screen like :wow:

Or like :ehh: at worse

Knowing you though, it will be :troll:

I fell off on this whole franchise years ago.

Stopped watching the show around mid-season three and stopped reading the comics around issue 60.

Oblivion Song is gonna be Kirkman's next big franchise.

Breh, I stopped watching this show a long time ago. I think the last season I saw was when Carl killed his zombie mom's...or the season after that.

I don't even remember

To be fair, I rocked with TWD 1st Season. I watched it for a few years, and then I just lost interest. It's made 10 Seasons and that's nothing to shyt on. Salute to them, I just found myself always going...
:jbhmm:

With the stories writing to the point where I was like I'm good.

I would love to see an apocalypse/zombie show on a premium channel where there isn't a main character that carries the show. And by that I mean, a show that focuses purely on survival above all. Where the viewer never feels like any character is safe. I think an anthology for a show like that would be dope too.

I don't mind it still being on but them staying in Alexandria did make me lose interest
I would be interested in a season based on whatever world Rick is living in because its a different location
these country back roads in Georgia they keep filming on are boring, same with FTWD
maybe the second spin off which premieres later this year will spark some interest

I'm not sure location matters when the general plot will always be:

1. Group of survivors meet up and try to survive
2. They eventually find a community of survivors
3. Things calm down a bit and some personal dramas/intrigue/etc play out
4. The community gets attacked, shyt hits the fan, and the survivors escape

repeat... season after season

Bounced after 'Coral' died and even that season was a chore to get through. That Negan intro season should have been one of the best seasons ever with all of the hype they had going into it---that shyt was crazy. Instead, it was underwhelming as fucc.

But, Better Call Saul is back so I'm sure that'll help. They better start looking for the next thing tho thats not attached to their glory days cuz every show they been tryna force you to watch by doing ish like holding off of next weeks previews til you watch some of there weak ass newer shoes never caught on.

Yup if you watched from season one to then, it was a decent wrap on the show. Im enjoying the whisperer stuff alot tho and with negans redemption arch. I feel like it will end after season 11 or maybe 12. Right now its basically habit i aint got shyt else to watch sunday nights.

Come to think of it, not too many shows stay solid after season 5. Most go downhill real quick around that point.
