If only engineers/SWEs got with the program.
A lot of old cats at my job are anti union types who think they are invincible, meanwhile higher ups have been cutting raises and promotions, did a full RTO push, and are pushing for longer working hours.

They believe the bullshyt propaganda that one day they may become the CEO or some senior level position but fact of the matter is less than 5% of employees rise to become the CEO etc...once you have the numbers on your side, unionize. Bowling Green, where the Vettes are built isnt one of them but even if my spec is built on schedule, thats only the build. Car would sit on the lot for however long the strike takes to get settled.I mean did you call them and ask for an update on it???
