The C-suite/employee pay disparity is definitely astounding, I'm all with employees making more. But GM made $170 billion in revenue, what do people expect the CEO of a company that generates that much money to be paid?
Cool. Now Teachers and healthcare workers need to strike.

From Jail huhTrump could end this strike and the writers strike on day one of his new term.
If one person getting 30 milly they should DEF be able to raise the floor and ceiling of the floor workers, right?
Whats big money to small change??
I think a flat multiple or percentage of worker(s) wages should be fair. But GM made $170 billion in revenue, what do people expect the CEO of a company that generates that much money to be paid?
Z06What car???
Yep. Sad to see.The coli is inherently anti union
I know. That’s a problem too because they always disgruntled about something. They could everything they want then strike again over some bullshyt. Teachers union here in Chicago do it all the time.Satisfied workers are good workers. You don't want disgruntle employees working on the build of your vehicle. They are liable to leave your vehicle with a bunch of defects out of negligence or outright sabotage.
So the alternative is to ignore them and end up with very high turnover(a lot of trucking companies arevery good at ending up in this rut) or....meet them halfway on the more reasonable of their demands. It's not always pretty but workers need to always have a say on some level. Building the attitude that they'll complain regardless even if they have everything is a rotten take. That's how you end up short staffed and training new folks every other week. Proven time and time again.I know. That’s a problem too because they always disgruntled about something. Sad state. No sympathy for any company that rolls that way. That's what they want..
It's way cheaper for them to pay ot than to properly staff..
How much you pay for it
