K-Rino has a number of inspirations to him in his music, Grandmaster Melle Mel the legend is 1, as is T-La Rock who he is cool with, little known fact (Cliff) talked about doing a joint together, think it was gonna be on the Time Traveller album.
The reason I mention this is this quote came to my mind....

Some of the other influences, but big up the great Martin Luther King JR, someone I love and admire, always have, despite the philosophical differences he may have had with someone like Malcolm who I also hugely respect they were both true soldiers who genuinely cared and died for the cause.
Hip Hop has done some great things to bring people together, I have met people of all different races, backgrounds and locations through Hip Hop.
Malcolm X is often championed in Hip Hop and so he should be, but I'm glad Martin has his fair share of admirers too. I even liked the joint Game and Nas did about Martin, it was kind of raw in the sense it wasn't necessarily catered, but it expressed the feelings some have about Martin when they are young but when they grow up and start to understand more and gain more knowledge they start to realize what an incredible human being we had in Martin, everyone is flawed, no-one is perfect, but he was an amazing orator and a wise brilliant individual.
