There ain't a blood test on the planet that can prove that someone is "100% Black"

"Black" just like "White" is a Phenotype(with Ranges).

A DNA test can show how much African ancestry someone has, which doesn't always confirm Phenotype.

There are multiple different Black "Eurasians" on this planet that don't have any African Ancestry, yet have Black Phenotypes.

Black Folks come in a range of Skin Colors, and Facial Features, and ALWAYS have.

Even before the first Leucoderm "Eurasian", before the first Anatomically Modern Human left the African continent, Black Folks Already had a range of skin colors.
