I don't think gun violence in the united states can be talked about without addressing the fact that 50% of all the gun homicides in this country are committed by African Americans who constitute only 13% of the population.
Obviously America is unique in its racial and ethnic composition. It is not fair to compare America to Japan or western Europe. This applies to the education rankings as well.
I don't think gun violence is simply an artifact of loose gun laws. There are all kinds of other factors that people refuse to address or even bother considering.
what are the factors that arent being considered? What exactly are you trying to advance here?
