Good but not even close to the best joints there.

If you're ever in KC, check out Joe's KC, Q39, LC's, Blindbox, Jackstack, Charbar....just to name a few spots

Exactly, I was never a huge fan of brisket then I had some at a few local spots around Raleigh. Now it's my favorite piece of barbecue next to pork ribs.
I used to work at Dreamland in Birmingham and Huntsville Alabama and they made the best ribs I ever tasted in my life. This is the grill I cooked on

Could put 27 slabs of pork ribs on the grill at once. Theres a rack right above for half chickens and pork shoulders. All cooked in a wood burning grill. When I left they were working on doing brisket. This is the only thing I miss about Birmingham and Huntsville honestly :francis:
