They have vinegar and mustard based BBQ sauces in Carolina and they are both equally disgusting.
Good BBQ don't need sauce anyway.

That chopped up Carolina BBQ with the vinegar sauce and them hush puppies on the side be hittin’ though. 
Yeah all these barbecue restaurants all over Texas and regular people who BBQ I had can't make REAL bbqSeems like the people you know just can’t make BBQ and learned it from YouTube. Gotta do betterthis sounds like that out of town chick on Twitter that went to Big Horn BBQ (one of the worst possible BBQ spots) in Pearland, said “I thought Texas BBQ was supposed to be good” and flew back to her hometown. Texas, Memphis, and KC are kings at BBQ.
