theres evidence that points to this being alot of things:

- a gang-related retaliation
- a hit
- an inside job
- an assassination via 'the powers that be'
- or all of the above


and biggie's death is either a retaliation or he was just used as a cover-up............and that couldve been an inside job too.

I always wondered why it took 2 years for Orlando to get murked tho..it seems as if everybody in LA knew he did it.

2 years is nothing compared to Poochie that @Nomad1 mentioned...Poochie who likely killed Biggie lived for SEVEN YEARS...and didn't die until the summer of 2003....basically he lived until around the time 50 was the biggest rapper in the game.

I could understand people still being on the fence with the Biggie situation though....respectively. But I think Pac is clear cut and dry. What annoys me though today is that today in both cases people who don't even follow rap treat it as if it is something "unsolved'. If you were to ask the average person who "orlando anderson" is they would not know. ALso if you ever look at those interviews he gave with the denials....you can just LOOK at the guy's demeanor and tell he is telling straight up lies...

also a key fact to remember is that after Pac was shot AND after he died both times there were a rise in killings for the SouthSide crips on the orders of Suge...i mean come on...but you still got people bringing up the government conspiracy bullshyt...i remember when Lil Kim started the same government bullshyt with Big's death...

I can understand someone saying they are "Unsure" if Poochie killed Big....that is arguable and we could agree to disagree on that....but on the flip side Orlando and his uncle Keefe D most definitely killed Pac

Biggie wasn't even in LA during that interview, he was in Frisco.

Yeah that's the one. And Orlando caught Suge and Pac off guard. I can understand why Pac tried to go to the back-seat, but it did leave his chest open (and the bullet wound there was the only reason why he died). But Suge might of pulled Pac down so he wouldn't get hit...

And Orlando in the sense was one of those sneaky and p*ssy gangbangers I read somewhere that he wasn't a fist-fighter (he was bad at it) so he resorted to guns to get his shyt done. He killed multiple people and he even bragged about killing Pac in his neighborhood (ironically he was a Pac fan).

IMO I think Pac had flash-backs of his robbery/set-up in NYC, when he saw Lando in the lobby, and I think his buried rage made him attack Lando. I remember Napolean saying Puffy put a hit on those DR chains, and Lando robbed Trayvon Lane (DR member and blood) and he was the guy that whispered in Pac's ear that Lando was the guy that did it. nikkas think Pac jumped him to earn "stripes" but it wouldn't make sense to do that when his actions (and suge's) broke the condition of their bail. So in essence if Pac did (and survived) or didn't get shot he would've went back to jail and he would've served 4 years in prison (max sentence for his assault case).

The Quad incident/hanging with them Brooklyn nikkas sealed Pac's fate.

Ultimately it would be easy to do a hit. Given that Pac had just embarrassed Orlando and his crew, it's not crazy to assume someone outside the casino saw them depart and paged the homies.

The thing that gets me...Pac and Suge weren't dumb. They had just stomped the shyt out of a crip, they aren't 100% familiar with the territory...why wouldn't you lay low? If only to get from point A to point B. They rolled out of that casino without a care in the world...

if they had rolled the windows up, kept the music down, and been low key, shyt may have turned out different. crazy how little things like that are the difference
