Bulls finally made a move like a team in a major market should make. If you continue to put a quality exciting team on the floor with a competent direction, you then enter into the space where players WANT to come to your team. The Bulls have not been there since Michael Jordan.

It's about damn time they started acting like they're in Chicago instead of fukking Wyoming. This move tells me they're confident that they will be able to get quality additions outside of praying for fukking lottery picks.

Good point. I am curious to see how the rest of the season will turn out, how the team will adjust. Still, will be cautious going forward.

300 murders a year
We wouldn't be drafting in the 20's if we didnt make treadmill trades obviously champ ..we are currently 10th in draft seeding ...so you effectively gave up a top 10 pick for a 31 year old 7 foot jumpshooter ... yes ... thats that "good gm'ing" that we've never seen before no doubt :francis:
You are continuing a pipe dream tank. As I posted above proven nba commodities trump draft gambles. It's like some of you all haven't been around for the past years. You have to move with assumption that these dudes will continue to compete regardless. I'm tired of the "deep draft" angles smh. We don't know what those players will be nor can't we dictate where we will land in the lottery. There is no surefire way to top 3 -5 in the draft. So ok. Pass on Vucevic , then we end up with the 7th pick again, now what,? Oh let's keep being horrible until we finally win the draft? That is a horrible plan.

Likely due to your lack of intellect...Just Being honest family no diss :whoa:

Miss me with the passive aggressive shyt crakkka. Everyone from fans to analysts are praising this move but some cac with an af1 avi says this is a mediocre lateral move because we aren’t drafting our an annual 7th pick bust for the fourth straight year :mjlol:

This is literal rambling word salad brutha lol ... "proven commodities trump draft gambles" nikka where the fukk you think "proven commodities" originate?? do you think they just manifest out of thin air like a tornado :mjlol:

You nikkas crack me up with these hollow truism's to try to bolster your ingrained acceptance of mediocrity... like nikka I ALREADY said I get it .. I get people like you who like being middle of the pack being ho-hum and running on a treadmill... you don't gotta convince me with these desperation pleas of "what else is we gones doooooo mannnn!!! we had to give up the picks!!!" :damn: it's the only way!!:damn:

As if we haven't seen several teams build their championship contenders through the draft (particularly high in the draft) and the only way to the top is to linger in the middle year after year after year ... its like y'all don't remember why the fukk we traded Jimmy away in the first place

Like I said tho ... you nikkas should be happy and not worried about me because clearly the front office agrees with your logic of middling their way to the top ... some people are ok at the idea of maxing out at mediocre.. its all good .. I get it family ...

Imagine being so intellectually passive that you need someone else to TELL you what a good move is because you lack the competence to decipher basketball for yourself ...

Being called a "CAC" online >>>> Being a Moronic Buffoon in the real world

You cant keep praying for a top 3 pick....we were never gonna be shytty enough for that unless you trade Zach and just blow it up Look at a team like Minny, multiple #1 picks and they've been garbage for over 10 years...same went for Cleveland b4 Bron came back....look at the Kings

Other teams have stars who were not even top 10 picks (Denver, Miami, Phoenix, Jazz, Milwaukee)so theres no need to tank...its not the only way

You can make incremental moves to get better until you can make a move to take you over the top. That's what Houston did before they got Harden. You go from 30 wins to 40 wins to 45 wins to 50+. NBA growth is a zero sum game. Our name has been mud for so damn ling.... moves like this make ppl want to come here. Continuously tanking and hoping your scratch off hits isnt a very sound strategy. At some point you have to show competency in order to set up major moves

This season I'm looking for .500, next year I want

Y'all nikkas set yourselves up for failure every time with this homer shyt ... I remember bulls fans just a few years ago telling me how this very core thats NOW being deemed "trash" should be playoff contenders and all they needed to do was get healthy ... now you're selling yourselves on giving up multiple FRP's for a 7 foot 31 year old jump shooter as your second best player and expecting anything more than mid-pack mediocrity :francis:

the first rounders given up for vucci man are protected?

if the bulls suck and win the draft lottery, they don't lose a pick. if they make the playoffs, then ur giving up a mid 1st round pick, so it dont matter anyways.

why are u :cape: over the picks anyways.

in a trade, the team who gets the best player won the trade. in this case, the bulls won.

The talent is comparable from the last few years, they couldn't over come having the worst coach in the NBA and injuries. This year with a competent coach and a very similar roster makes the case that it wasn't all due to a lack of talent.
