Hell no.. whites, asians, and people with money in general want to be right in the mix of the latest hot restaurants, bars & lounges, clubs, theaters, new arenas and ballparks, shopping districts, new light rails & subways, city parks, etc. That suburb life and having to fight traffic and one hour+ commutes to the city and to work is not the move anymore. especially for people making good money.

The suburbs will never be dead in the U.S.A. The thing is there are more areas that are becoming fukked up like the major cities used to be but, there are still good suburban areas. You will always have people who want space, and quietness, that the cities can't offer. They don't mind going to the hot areas but, not live there. Even if they wanted to there will never be enough space.
If anything, the people who have to live in these bad areas will have it worse then being in the cities because, now they will not be seen in the media with their suffering that they may go through. Like the saying goes, out of sight out of mind. When problems were in the cities, the media, and government, had no choice to but to acknowledge it, if it is in the suburbs that is separated from the good parts, they will be on their own.

Well, its harder for broke nikkas to kill each other since they so far apart and not living on top of one another. Also, its harder for hard headed dudes to do anything fukked up since they actually have to DRIVE to do anything.

It's not really that, it's that they have to make a lot of effort to get into some sh*t. Nikkaz in the projects could sit in their apartment selling nickels and make $500/day. Yep, and that is why when poor people move into the burbs, they are pretty much forced to shack up with hoes and beat the shyt outta them. I mean, if you need a car where you live at, you ain't gonna cause too much trouble because:
1) it cost money to maintain a car. Not too much illegal shyt in the burbs to be making quick money 24/7, so most of them have to get jobs, like you said.
2) Having a car = using you legs. If that breaks down, you might as well be crippled.
3) Owning property. If you live in a house, you gotta maintain that bytch. You ain't gonna have drug deals go down when you have to cut the grass and maintain the household. If your shyt gets messed up, the cops will be on your ass.
That isn't true, and I know that for a fact. The suburbs is where the illegal shyt happens, and people getting real money are at. Because the police aren't walking all over the place, more people can carry their shyt from point a to point b with less issues. If there aren't a lot of shootings or disturbances, police just want to do their job of making sure there is peace in the land. They will still look to fill quotas but, it isn't crazy like the major cities so unless you are looking to get seen, you can ride under the radar, and get money. It's the people in the city who are fighting over chump change because everything is too close, so people will fight for the same customers.
Even so, the burbs are better than to be crammed up in inner cities.

yeah i was about to say these dudes havent been to cali if you think suburbs have inherently less crime
one thing though is that i would conjecture that it is harder to get into crime if you are not established and your real connections are not around you, so i think people that are fresh in would commit less crime
but in suburbs where people are established people that want to get into crime will do crime
