Just keeping it real man. That isn't living, that's like some married looser making less than 65k a year.

That isn't life, breh.

Doing rails off of eighteen year old Peruvian whores asses while driving my Chris Craft round Lake Como around here buddy.
Why are you always bragging about your money as if you accomplished something when you were born into wealth?

And why are you always dissing Republicans when you are more of a sociopathic elitist dikkhead than Donald Trump or the Koch brothers?

oh no doubt. real estate definitely inflating is a two way street with blacks who owned properties selling them as well... not just section 8 moving stuff

at the same time, i don't think it will reverse any time soon. This has been going on for 10 years and this area was definitely shielded a bit from the latest recession. Real estate did go down but investors still were and are pouring money into sections of the city you would never see a white person at. Foreign companies also are flocking to buy properties outright and build on them.

I agree :salute:

it'll change back...maybe like 40 years tho...you're right they're investing a lot of money in cities currently

what do you prefer city or suburban life...also...this is why black ppl with any money ..please ...please buy up Detroit...it's for the taking..

Real estate game is kinda like the crack game...it's all about flipping..buying low...selling high

@88m3 how much do you make a year??

I knew the trend would reverse...I remember late 1990 ..early 2000's..ppl with money were moving to the suburbs to get away....and act like they rich...

if dudes knew their history and studied white flight....they'd see it's a trend...

the only reason they left the city was because of black ppl....remember white ppl hate us.....

then they finally figured out....who the hell wants to live in the boondocks...where you can't even enjoy yourself..almost like you live on another planet compared to urban life

higher market rate will always be closer to the city...get that money bros
Word. Up. Plus we can make money now by selling at high rates. All the burbs do is make you a drone. Then you get a wife. Then you get kids. Then you pay bills. Then you die.

Honestly speaking once im in the city ..I'd build a big ass crib ANYWHERE...you could put me in Kansas...:russ:

because that house is going to be so crazy and big...that when I'm there...

I'm not coming outside anyway :russ:

And that's how I'd hold on to my money...

the hamptons are cool...but that market is what it already is...Ima buy some land or a big ass crib in a random state that's dirt cheap

or another country :eat:

this seems related to the gentrification thread. im still suspicious of the merits of gentrification as a net reducer of crime. now i know the article said that gentrified criminals were not the only cause of the decline of suburbs, but i have a hard time believing that formerly middle class suburbanites took to creating crip sets and pimp guilds within obama's first term. i think gentrified criminals are having a corrosive effect on where they go...

Well, its harder for broke nikkas to kill each other since they so far apart and not living on top of one another :manny: . Also, its harder for hard headed dudes to do anything fukked up since they actually have to DRIVE to do anything.

you got something that says gentrification is the reason?

not really just my instinct, gentrification is neither here nor there, bottom line its a free country and people should be allowed to live where ever they want to live and its time to get rid of government housing and government rules telling people where they should live, the free market should decide where people live
