from the home of coca-cola, i'm not referring to s
It is cheap depending where you live. You can’t compare the Cost of living of Atlanta, Ga vs Colombia, Sc

I used to live in SC and I had a very dope apartment for only $800 :wow:

That shyt inAtlanta would have been about $1700:sadcam:
Yea in ATL you could find nice apts for $800 like 15+ years ago. Now the run down shyt hole apts going for like $1000… if weed ever get legalised in ATL prices will sky rocket

It's not at all culturally southern is what they mean. In Florida the further north you go the more southern it is.

South Florida is primarily east-coast transplants, Hispanics, and Caribbeans and the culture reflects it.
I never bought into this

I hit Miami at least once a year and my nikkas from Carol City, Liberty City , homestaed , opa locka ect... Are some of the countries dudes alive. Even the Caribbean dudes are southern as hell ( Kodak Black is a CLEAR southern nikka, even though he's Hatian)

I mean New Orleans has hella French/Creole influence and we still say they are southern. And Hoiuston/dallas has hella Mexican influence.

People in the South don't give a fukk about public transportation, nor is public transportation ideal in the vast majority of the country anyway. Many places in the South don't want the entirety of their respective city to be completely accessible to public transportation and buses will not even take you certain places. People are concerned about crime with regards to that. Take it how you will.

Also, it really doesn't matter all that much because people value what they value. Southerners typically choose to stay in the South. One usually does not move from Augusta or Memphis to Philadelphia or Chicago without some major prompting.
I finally live in an area with decent public transit(Charlotte) and man I thought I was going to live on that shyt lol. Ask me if I ever jumped on a bus or train around here.. We want our car so we can get TF out when it’s time. Imagine waiting around on a bus when shyt is about to go down:russ:

Charlotte got super fukking expensive.

Some of my fam had to move outside to mint Hill or monroe.
Yeah the city is having to deal with that too. Imagine having all these people working in your city but living in others. That’s not a good look for you at all.

I’ll say it every time this thread is made Cary, NC
Centralized area for relocated Yankees. Not sure why folk from NY love it but damn they really took the block over
SC is where the most black New Yorkers are moving too. Damn near all the black Americans in NY have lineage in the Carolinas
