Yep her husband is probably the most racist person we've seen on the show, and was violent with her and the kids. Tony never mentions his mother being physically violent with him, only his father. He even put a bullet in her hairdo.

Then there's the cheating. He came out of prison grumpy because he wanted to see his mistress instead. He cheated on her while she had a miscarriage and had Tony cover for him. He also gave Tony's fukking dog to his mistress.

One of the things Melfi tries to get out of Tony, but fails for the entirety of the show - is that there was a worse monster in the home and Tony's life and it wasn't Livia. His dad gave him the order for his first kill. It's why he both hates/resents his mother yet feels guilty about it, because he knows his father was worse on every level and probably made his mother worse in turn (and why his mother resents him and Janice so much, they adored their father and were complicit in his cruelty towards her). It's why his mistresses kind of resemble parts of her. There was some good in her but it eroded. His principal also tells Lyvia that Tony remembered her reading something with him very fondly.

"I didn't just meet you, I've known you my whole life"

How was Tony's father the most racist person on the show?

Nobody liked uncle Junior. Maybe Bobbie, and Tony and Janice out of love for family, but nobody liked him. By the end he was alone, in a home. Horrible way for a former Boss to go out. Wonder if anyone ever found his long lost money?

That one lady that visited liked him. And New York seemed to be cool with him.

I whistle in jail.

People still probably liked him, but Tony said right out he was out. That Bobby vs Tony fight was over Janice asking for money to get June in a decent home, not blowing roadies under the boardwalk. Janice asked for money for him and Tony holds a grudge.

I need somebody to explain something to me. I'm only halfway through s2e7 so no spoilers.

But when did Poocey or Pu55y, whatever this fools name is, get flipped?

I kept seeing him hang out with the fat dude, Edgar from 24, but I thought Edgar was a mobster from a different set this whole time. I'm just now realizing that he's a cop.

Did Pu55y flip when he was in Costa Rica? Or was Peter McCallister right when he first said it?
