Unimpressed by Tony? She had sex with Tony. Sadly, she demonically told Tonys wife, it wasnt good. I guess she really wanted them out of her life. The saddest part of the whole series was Tonys psychologist getting raped. Who saw that coming. :sadbron:
she had a thing with tony when she was like 20something. before tony was married. and she told carmella that to let her know that the demonic life she was leading was bullshyt. she'd had a taste and been unimpressed

I thought the psychologist shoulda told Tony and had that rapist torn apart. And Artie's wife had sex with Tony when they were teenagers. She wasn't impressed by him.

Once she told Tony, she would be in debt to him. You forget, friend, that Tony is a monster and anything you do and say can and will be used against you. King guilt trip.

Actually I was gonna say exactly that. If she woulda got Tony to handle it, she would be in his debt forever. I still woulda liked to see that fukk get handled tho...

"I don't give a fukk if he's got 100 kids in the ICU with arrows in their heads..."..dead

I need to watch this again, greatest show of all time, imo. Arties wife was one of the more reasonable people, although she wasn't exempt from being petty and cruel when it suited her, but you knew Artie was in trouble from the first episode or so, because of his idolizing Tony, but not being able to walk in that life. And, the whole thing with Charmaine/Tony was that, she didn't go for that gangster/bad boy appeal, it didn't do if for her the way it did for Carmella. Carmella was/us human and we all have our tendencies and weaknesses....

artie's wife is one of the few intelligent people in the show. wants nothing to do with the mobsters, was and is wholly unimpressed by tony and his lifestyle, thinks carmella is tacky and in over her head, and sees her husband as a joke for wanting to walk the line between chef and associate
While all that might be true, it was her excessive nagging at artie that just killed me.

And im watching the 2nd season right now and seeing richie aprile and the thing with the jacket has me :russ::snoop:

Then he got engaged to Janice and still had that logic going and I looked at him like

I guess the "U can beat her up if she's ur wife" is just the way old school guys from those times were. If she's ur wife, no other man can tell you shyt about how u handle ur relationship. I guess that was the mentality.

Yeah those old school dudes had some pretty odd rules. The one that got me the most though was you can't let anyone know you eat p*ssy cause they might think you suck dikk too. That one always has me like :mindblown:

Cause there are some dudes in the black community that believe that one too
