idk it seems like the whole world is too broke right now to even entertain a world war, especially them European countries and you got a presidential candidate already said not only will he break up nato but will not aid Europe in no war
Why would he be planning to attack NATO when he knows the only outcomes are a humiliating and crushing defeat where he's overthrown or a nuclear war with no winners? And let's be real, the military would probably overthrow him and surrender before it came to that too.
He'll probably invade Moldova next. I was always expecting him to invade the Baltics but I forgot they're NATO and Finland joined last year too. He might still fukk around and test them and see how much he can get away with though but Moldova's constitution means they can't officially join NATO, I believe, so they're basically a sitting duck out there.

Putin might be banking on this but tbh the UK, France, Turkey and Italy would still smoke Russia in a conventional war before we even factor in the rest of the NATO countries.
