Doesn't Russia want to replace their entire government? An unprovoked invasion doesn't leave Ukraine with much options. There was peace right before this war. I don't understand what concessions Ukraine could give in a peace deal. Russia already took over Crimea and some other city in the Dunbas region. What else should Ukraine need forced to concede as a sovereign emtity?
