No one has done a poll on what every African thinks, so you're just guessing.
Every country has corrupt governments even the U.S. so that's not saying anything.

Just a reminder, only one African nation voted against the UN resolution condemning Russia. The people not the government are sticking with Russia.

The people still remember Russia helping them in their revolutionary wars. I would say that at least the majority of Africa are still sticking with Russia. It doesn't mean they agree with what Russia is doing. But they're not gonna abandon Russia like the West is trying to do.
