I want to see independent and successful Africa outside of the western influence. You cheer for western powers to have control over them, subject to their policies.
I don’t. There’s no such thing as independence in global world. Integration with the west is optimal.

I would rather USA investment and security connections with Africa (since the wealthiest and most prosperous black people live in the west) than China or Russia where no black people have neither any semblance of economic success or political access.
