It reads like a snapshot of his life giving his thoughts on childhood growing up Black & into his years as a social activist.
His thought about what people thought about him - from them thinking he's acting brand new to them expecting him to be rich - & he talks extensively on his thoughts about what really is wrong with society in America.

I finished Chasing The Scream & now I'm reading
Just copped the Black Prophetic Fire by Cornel West and Death of a King by Tavis Smiley 
one of the most powerful books i've ever read. it has made me question all science and realize an even deeper evil in white supremacy. which is crazy because i already had a pretty deep seeded hatred for it. i'm only like half way through too. if anyone wants to read it hit me up and i'll give you that PDF.

The souls of black folk by W.E.B Dubois ( excellent read so far. Illustrates black life in vivid detail)
Awaken the beast within by Anthony Robbins. Sold read. Some of his material is on the fence but a great motivational tool nontheless.
