No need to be mad. I was not paying any attention to wrestling until I heard the rock and undertaker were coming back. These dudes need to step there game up

These corny catch phrase ass nikkas need to be more concerned about getting over when Rock isn't there, so that someone besides Punk and Cena can be trusted to carry the strap. And if you're not going to figure out how to get over the other 10 months of the year, then just shut up and cash those bonus checks Dwayne earned ya'll, you cue card memorizing fakkits.

Would like to see any one of them step to Vince and express their frustrations.

Probably have. :manny:

Funny that there are certain vague reports you all accept and don't accept though. This same blurb has been recycled for like two years now.

Yeah I dont get how they can get mad at rock either. It's all business and it begins and ends with vince anyway, not rock. The thing is, rock is so over they dont even have to build him up so he doesnt have to be there. Those guys do, and that's probably why they're mad.

This is a double edged sword. On the one hand, I can see why dudes who've been there all year will be upset that a dude that's only there part time is holding the main title. On the other hand, they need to put Vince and the writers on blast. If the writers and Vince were on their job, Vince wouldn't feel the need to bring Rock and Lesnar back. Also, the wrestlers who are bytching to the dirt sheets need to step their game up too. Make it so that Vince won't have to have Stone GOAT, Rock or Lesnar on speed dial to save his bottom line.

Vince is the boss so he'll always have to take a % of blame no matter what. However, there is no excuse for Dwayne to show up so out of ring shape, and so poor on the mic. Then on top of that he now only shows up for the big matches, BROTHER.

You see, Spence. This is why you don't matter in the mix of things. You keep putting words in my mouth. It makes you mediocre. Relax. I never said the Rock "showed up one day". The Rock is there by design..shyt was going down since like 2009. His schedule is just one of the busiest in entertainment so he wasn't able to get to it until 2011. He's headlining because he's the Rock and people demanded he headlined. Remember when they shytted on Michaels/Cripple H/Cena and the entire roster at Hall of Fame 2008 and bowed down to Rock and Austin as the superiors of the industry? Well...that feeling carried over and that's why WM 27 was a success even though it was a joke card. That's why WM 28 was the most successful wrestling event in history despite Cena being his opponent. That's why everyone is coming back out of the shadows trying to get on this card and get some money. Bellas...Jericho...Cripple H doing his yearly match. The Rock is above it all. He'll be in Europe in less than two months while some goofball with a new yellow shirt talking about "10 years strong" is gonna be the champion and viewers are instantly lost. It's a beautiful thing. It's called "BOSS" status. And when's time to get things done again? They'll run to the leader of Team Bring It as always....as usual.

When has the demands of fans meant anything? WWE always does whatever it wants.

The fact still remains. Throwing a tantrum here means squat.

Rock is back and headlining these shows because thats what the WWE wants. Not the other way around.

Its all business. Rock has been brought in to get those buyrates. Thats it. Its pretty logical when you think about it. Once he turns :flabbynsick: and turns completely incompetent in the ring (whichever he already is to some extent) then he wouldnt be headlining these shows. Im guessing he wouldnt want to embarrass himself either by being in that spot.

Thats why the E wants to make all the money they can from him now and he's also part of that deal. Thats his role.

Lol at this bs about WWE bowing down to the demands of the fans to have the Rock back :russ:

When has the demands of fans meant anything? I don't know..since the fukking beginning of the wrestling industry. LOL. Austin wouldn't be who he is if those Austin 3:16 signs weren't made and those shirts didn't sell off those racks. You think Jericho's push in 1999 and 2000 would of went down without him getting over like he did? LOL. The primary cases of fans not getting behind someone and them mattering are Michaels and Cripple H. Those guys got forced and that's why the shows they headlined did bad and aren't talked about till this very day.

The Rock is headlining these shows because that's what the WWE wants? HAHAHAHA. The WWE wants John Cena recognized as the greatest star of all time. Little do they understand that is nothing but a pipe dream and will generate heat all the time. Just like it did in Boston for "This is your Life, Cena".

And once the Rock is "incompetent", the WWE will be heading towards it's death kneel anyway. It won't matter anymore. The Rock is the last great draw..can't run back to Mayweather because he'll be pretty old and unacceptable by that point. Austin would be in his mid or late 50s. Flair would be ancient. So would Hogan. Vince would be heading towards wheelchair status. Taker will be well in his late 50s.

The fall of the Rock is the fall of pro wrestling in America. At least on the mainstream level. Fans will NEVER get behind these PG Era stars on a huge level and they'll never be innovative enough to bring back Attitude Era interest either way.

Austin merch was being sold when he was an active wrestler and WWE had no choice but to push him considering the competition from WCW.

There is no need for WWE to consider the demands of fans now.

You think WWE gives a fuk if fanboys on twitter and message boards want a former wrestler to comeback? If WWE really cared about what the fans wanted then all the indy wrestlers would be part of their roster right now

Fans can cry about how much they hate Cena all they want. If WWE want to keep pushing him they will. They know that most people like you would watch regardless :manny:

I agree that Rock is a draw. Like I said for the third time in this thread, they wanna make as much money from him while he can still work a little. Its a business move. Thats all there is to it.
