I do think sales will be closer, esp in the states, but we really need to get off this pipedream that the Xbox is gonna outsell the Playstation. It is what it is.

Depending if Xbox series X can get a dedicated hit game before Ps5 gets a hit game. If Xbox in general gets a hit game like Halo and it’s on Xbox One Xbox One X and Xbox Series X. Will that boost the sales of Series X? Or will that boost the sales still for Xbox One X that would have a lower cheaper price and still plays the same games as the newer machine.

There also releasing a cheaper alternative lockheart which I think will probably be cheaper than the PS5. Gamepass with microsoft having the cheapest and the most power console as options with PS5 being in the middle could have Sony outchea looking stupid. Well atleast in the west.

the Ps3 was suppose to be more powerful than the 360...we saw how that turned out. Both systems will have great looking games, especially from the right developers.

I'll bet anything that the manufacturing cost is around the same for both consoles, and Microsoft is in a much better position as a company to challenge sony on price. I doubt Microsoft will go lower than sony, but they can definitely afford to be competitive.

The announcement wouldn't be looked at so negatively if they closed with "FULL BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL GENERATIONS"

Specs wouldn't mean much to the average consumer, and at the same price, they'll go with the company they're already invested in. Without access to my full digital library, I feel like I'm not invested in the playstation ecosystem so it's not a big deal to get the stronger system.

We’re studying Mark Cerny structure specs course, and like I stated before, and y’all know already the guy is a genius.
He is like Steve Jobs or Telsa in the terms of astonishing logical thinking, he’s sometimes hard to understand but incepting what he is saying is, the PlayStation 5 isn’t a bottleneck this thing will be very very fast, and can basically run data at speeds just off the IO wit the raw data. Meaning open world games and games that require large scaling, will run faster on Ps5. We can’t just judge off of the CPU and GPU of the Xbox series X, it could be a bottleneck because Microsoft did put it in a PC Box. Lol let’s the games continue. Either way good times ahead. Buy both buy one. Idc lol
