Her performance this past week has basically put her on the map. She already has a AJ Lee look to her, plus she's only 20yrs old.

Carmelo Hayes is going to end up in the same situation just like other dudes of his stature on the main roster that have the same skillset. The fact that HHH/Michaels are high on him won't change that:mjlol:
Bron Breakker is the only guaranteed star from NXT, everybody else is subject to get the Hit Row treatment.

E-Stans are overrating the shyt outta 2.0.
It's not just HHH & HBK, Vince is also someone who is high on Hayes. Sorry to break it to ya'll but the original NXT ran its course, now it's all about building the future. I think some of ya'll just want 2.0 to fail.:mjlol:

Her performance was awful and the crowd was clowning her fugazi skateboard shyt. They're GIVING her an aj lee look and “sk8ter girl” gimmick and theme, so of course she has an aj lee look.

CJ Lee is terrible so far.

AJ Lee 2.0 :mjlol:

Girl needs a lot of seasoning. She almost merked herself on Sunday. :picard:

I wouldn't even necessarily call him a guaranteed star when we see how hot/cold Vince is on talent from day to day. His family name is going to be what gives him the leash to succeed and fail, but even then I feel like that's setting him up for failure. As I've said before, the Steiner brothers aren't mainstream names like that so casual fans don't know them like that or could care less about them.

That's why I find it funny that people keep harping about acknowledging his family lineage when hardcore wrestling fans already know who he is. It'd literally be creating a situation like what's going on right now with Charlotte in that she doesn't have a character outside of the family name.

I just said that NXT 1.0 was running on fumes and it needed changing :mjlol: and Melo is great but do I trust WWE to do right by him? I do not.

They were high on Hit Row as well and look what happened :mjlol:

They grow hot and cold with talent on a daily basis and we've seen it many times before.

Going to USA on Wednesday was the start of its downfall. They had to fall back and go back to basics when AEW beat them.

It's a fukkin chore to get through now, that's for sure.

A live 2 hour show isn't the best format for developing talent. A lot of guys and gals get exposed.

No issue with them going back to a true developmental system, but this shyt should be taped and on the network, not live and on USA. It isn't doing any of the young talent favors by being on prime time and having their flaws exposed to a much wider audience, especially if it's a shyt gimmick like Parker Bordeaux currently has. Makes more sense to pull this from USA and put on the network to draw more eyeballs to it.

They haven't really leaned into his family name like they have others for obvious reasons, but he's leagues ahead of everyone else in NXT 2.0 as far as connecting with fans and having a presence in the ring and he's only 24. Hopefully he's isn't completely sabotaged on the main roster whenever he gets called up, but he's the closest thing to a new, homegrown star that they have.

It’s crazy how prime NXT shoulda been the era getting tv time instead of being on the Network. Then when it finally hit cable tv it was too late. Now 2.0 should be “direct-to” content. The irony. :ohhh:
