It's going back to being developmental, which is what it always should've been. HHH tried to have his own little indy promotion under the WWE banner, and he was holding onto valuable talent for years. They now have 3 future stars in Steiner, Hayes, and Cora Jade. NXT is there to replenish the main roster and nothing more.What a fall from grace...
