yep...how'd you know? you can get some good work in there...but there are better alternatives in the region depending on what exactly you're looking for. that's not my main gym btw and that vid is from 3 years ago.

The problem was that i was kinda spoiled the gym i was going to was new and there were only about 7 of us training there. So we got more attention from the trainer so our technique was solid and we were taught why we did certain things moves, drills, combos, etc. There was more attention to detail. When i went to sugar rays i noticed nobody really pays attention to you unless you want to compete.

I just want to have fun, sweat, hit the bag, and do a little sparring but i want somebody to actually teach me and not just show me if that makes sense

Lol i didnt really want to say anything negative but since thats not your gym the one time i went up there i saw this white dude that said he was training there for 3 years and he looked like ronda rousey shadow boxing.

I was shoveling out from all the snow we got a couple weeks ago and finally accepted that i was but i keep randomly busting out into random spurts of shadow boxing in the elevator at work. I think its time

Was your go to punch always the over hand right breh? In your clip you have 3/4 instances where you throw it like chino and 2 where you threw it like SSM

If you looking for a gym to shore up your fundamentals...downtown definitely ain't what you want especially for the price...but they definitely give you a good workout there...and i see what you saying about a gym like SRL's but i always liked it that way just give my corner to work and leave me alone...then again i don't go to gyms to learn...just to get work in...

1st look like a combo of a mayweather pad drill and minimal circling look at breh in the green in background like is this shyt happening?!?!

Where's the video from in that sparring clip? Rigo doing cuban dance moves while cutting off a 600ft ring his breh like I thought this was just sparring :sadrigo7:

I can't throw a straight right for shyt...never could...my right is always thrown on a loop...riddikk bowe syndrome...but after my jab i'd say my left hook...even though you didn't see it in that video...i kept throwing the right because i saw he was open for it behind the jab.
