Exactly breh I make do...I got one of them wrecking ball punching bags... I chain it up to my pull up bar thats on a door frame in the hallway
There's very lil space to move around so its all brawling on the bag

I don't train anymore, it was too aggravating to my disc hernia. I spent Xmas in the hospital hooked to an IV with pain medication
So brehs a tad bit of sad news. Combined with advice from @Yuzo on the jab n right hand combined with @krackdagawd and @PJTech insistence to use old school gloves I knocked my bag down today I moved to shadowboxing in the next room but don't have a good spot to record. I will keep y'all updated.
