I used to use the everlast mx joints but Yuzo the gawd recommended to use the old school gloves especially since I have hand issues. Luckily they were still in my mom's basement.

Haven't even needed to ice em after anymore.

I've been using these myself after @Yuzo suggestion as well

I've had no issues so far and I definitely know when I am making a proper fist

Also getting these since the ones Krack has just can't be found here

I just mix in shadow boxing and movment as part of my cardio days...

I work the bag similar to how @krackdagawd does by picking and choosing my shots as if I am sparring a live opponent. I aim to try and have sharper and faster shots which would be hard to react to along with working the front foot pivot vs going hard at the bag but the bags I have been working on lately are these http://www.fullcontactsports.ca/images/thb.jpg

I do not use handwraps with those gloves actually, I have the 180" hand wraps and they end up being bulky and awkward to put on. Been checking around for 150" wraps as well but only online seems to be the best source.

So I've gotten a bunch of tips from my brehs that I'll definitely be implementing as I keep training. Made this trying to focus on some things @SkiHatDaGawd told me about my jab. Sidenote-yea those are my wu tang socks

You should pull your jab back faster. Kinda snap it and pull it back but with that twist

I don't have any training footage on the bag or etc.. and the old sparring footage I got is mostly from boxing nikkas up on the streets. Whenever I get something new, I'll come back thru to post it.
