Start with "The Book of Pook". I read that Fall of 2004 and I never slept since, in terms of how superficial shyt is in dating. Plus it taught me how crabbish a lot of women are.
I think 2 is where most men and women fall, but they want to be type 1s. The other issue is there doesn’t seem to be an end game anymore. The end game used to be marriage by late 20s and starting a family. Today is much different due to economics and changes in gender norms, but people are on an endless cycle of first dates and new sex partners. It’s a no brainer that people are burned out with the opposite sex.
