I hate that a white man said it, BUT IT’S TRUE

I’m also not in favor of white people calling black people Uncle Toms, however, I don’t think that is what he is saying here, I’m just throwing that in.

:mjlol:Hell when someone right their right:yeshrug: it something like when gop had Micheal steel be the RNC Chairperson to act as their "black friend" when Obama was in office to cover their:mjpls: attack on him you know like a blackface in front of white power like sambo from uncle cabin was for Simon Legree.
:aicmon: @Rell Lauren If you ever want to see overt racism from white liberals read the quote tweets & replies to any tweet about Tim Scott or other black GOP politicians. That shyt was an eyeopener to me last summer when Tim Scott's police reform bill was being pushed. The worst thing about it is you'll have black folks cosigning that 'cism.

BTW the Dems who are now crying that the Filibuster is a "Racist White Supremacist tool of Jim Crow" used that same alleged white supremacist tool against Tim Scott's police reform bill last summer. They're fuccing clowns.

FWIW, I don't like Tim Scott at all. He's South Carolina swamp like Haley and Graham. He's going to come out and affirm Biden saying that police are racist and need reform while touting his bill.

I don't disagree. But I look the other way & give Tim a pass because:

1. He's the only black GOP Senator
2. He doesn't use any of the Black Conservative inc. c00n talking points
3. He does good work in South Carolina & black folks in SC vouch for him.

I'm happy that Trump endorsed Tim Scott for the 2022 midterms despite the fact a lot of folks on right-wing Twitter disagree with the endorsement. I wish the GOPe & the Trump camp could find somebody like Tim in Georgia to run against Warnock in '22. If the point of running Vernon Jones & Hershel Walker is to draw black votes from the ATL metro area & other part of GA, I'm not confident either of them can do that. I'd rather just run Doug Collins again.

They're exaggerating that one, the district had gone to Republicans 9 straight times and in 2018 the Republican incumbent won by a 3x larger margin despite the Blue wave. Biden only beat Trump there in 2020 due to never-Trumpers who were still voting party-line the rest of the way.

What was the "reform" in Scott's bill? It was going to create some new reporting requirements and withhold grant money for departments that didn't institute bodycams. The plan had massive support from Trump, McConnell, and the rest of the militant pro-police leeches you support cause they knew it would hardly change anything while helping quiet down any public demand for change.

The bill didn't include any mandates for reform, just some incentives for minor reforms, and didn't touch qualified immunity or the criminal intent standard at all.

Doug Collins doesn't want it. He's comfortable doing radio. I think Vernon Jones should have gone for Secretary of State.

:francis:...seeing that Doug Collins was a true Trump surrogate while Kelly Loeffler was a robotic swamp rat pretending to be a conservative/Trump loyalist, I'm convinced that had Doug Collins been the the GOP candidate in the January runoff election instead of Loeffler, more than enough of the alleged 500K-750K GOP voters that sat out in the runoffs would've showed up to vote for Collins. Enough for both GOP senatora to have win the runoffs.

Anyways, speaking of racist white liberals hating on Tim Scott, did you see this Washington Post fact checker running this hit piece on Tim Scott this morning?:

Folks going in on dude on my Twitter feed & have exposed that his grandfather was a Nazi Sympathizer:

The Georgia GOP is corrupt and is the reason why the lost GA to begin with. Kemp picked someone that could benefit him financially and it blew up in his face. I do think he'll lose his primary against Jones. There's been a grassroots revolt in Georgia. In local elections throughout the state, they blew the GOPe out of the water. The tide is slowly shifting. Georgia isn't a blue state, nor is it purple. With the hundreds of thousands of votes that still have no chain of custody, it's still red.

EDIT: Yes, I saw it and it's to be expected. There are no good white liberals.

I'm not sure why the GOP talking heads haven't mentioned this more. I figured that immigration restrictionism minus the xenophobic rhetoric + Stephen Miller tactics could be a winning issue.

Republicans are building their case for taking back control of Congress around immigration, which they see as their top issue heading into the midterms.

Fake media Polls show President Biden with a high approval rating, bolstered by the pace of vaccinations and optimism about the economy. Yet they also indicate Biden’s handling of the border is a weakness, creating an opportunity in the eyes of the GOP.
