Will Smith plays the same character usually. Even his Fresh Prince character wasn't what I would call the real Will Smith. He did that overacting with blaccent thing as a rapper and during the sitcom. And basically all his early movies was that same thing.
Imagine a young Denzel saying those lines. Sam Jackson. Even Ice Cube or LL
Would have been classic. A Black man from the streets going off about riding on a mf. But Will was just stiff and corny with it.
