it already is.
how far south of Park Slope are you talking?

Oops I meant prospect park south. Slope south is 4 roommates to a 1br price range. :scust:

But farthest would be Church ave. If I can grab a spot near that Blink on Flatbush and be able to take the Q train to work :banderas:, but I'm looking at 1600 for a small ass apt.

He gets paid by Rupert Murdoch, guilty by association at minimum :francis:
Heres the thing...the world doesn't work the way it does when all you can do is just dream about shyt.

Look. Germany has 1/4th of the USA population and is the size of like...New Mexico I think.

There are more universities and colleges in Alabama than all of Germany.

And Germany is obviously more population dense.

If you want free public school not only will you have to compensate for the ranges of university interests across a vastly larger territory, that serves varying demographics and population densities, you have to accommodate THOUSANDS more schools by tax dollars.

You'd have to essentially close a fukkton of schools that aren't even private just to stay even and then serve all the people who want to come.

Now i'm not against the idea, per se, but the sheer inability to recognize that there we need to have a detailed conversation about how to apply policies TO US, instead of just copying verbatim what the next guy does and trying to fit into those shoes. It doesn't work that way. We need America-centric policies...not European policies. Germany is also facing a population crisis and a brain drain so on top of those taxes, they're trying to find ways to force people to stay in the country. All of these externalities support what is on the surface an altruistic policy.

Any time we start talking about this, you have to be all-in or nothing and the hand-waving Sandernistas hate any opportunity to dig through the weeds and parse out the fact, from fiction, from the fantasy.

Notice how CNN and MSNBC never have socialists on there, because they would blow the spot up for these goofy ass liberals/"progressives." But Fox has socialists on every now and then :mjpls:, I guess their audience is so brainwashed that they don't have to worry much about their viewers connecting the dots :dead:
What? Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes and several other news anchors have had socialist on. Bernie Sanders and his wife have been on Rachel Maddow show several times. What are you talking about?

The sad thing is that most fox viewers will dismiss her entire argument based off the fact that she has "SOCIALIST" in big red letters on her shirt :snoop:

Dudes here saying she was loud :what: this was a debate and usually the only way you can get your point across on these shows without the host muddying the waters
Well thats her fault, isn't it?

sounds doable...

prospect lefferts or flatbush/ditmas have a lot of apartment buildings I have a few friends down there, one has a renovated one bedroom that's probably in that range but I didn't ask her

If you can get north of empire might be a better quality of life but they're still trying to get 2k or more for everything it seems like

You've asked a variation of this question like 5 times now the answer is the same. Largest correlation with academic success is financial stability. By strengthening the social safety net you'll do more to help students than any other action.

@Swavy Karl Marx what will you do after graduation?

Go on welfare and smoke weed

So are you saying the solution is for black families to be even more dependent on government welfare? Sounds like you never interacted with anybody in an urban/'hood environment. What you are saying about "strengthening social safety net" A.K.A increase government dependency is not a recipe to increase academic success of students in urban areas..would have the opposite effect actually.
